Masonry, leveling and self-leveling screeds

When renovating, it is often necessary to move walls for remodeling the premises. For this purpose, we can build new walls with ceramic bricks or aerated concrete, according to the project's specifications. We also offer machine laying of leveling cement-sand screeds of the required thickness, as well as thin-layer self-leveling screeds, as preparation before laying flooring, mainly natural, three-layer or laminated parquet, as well as PVC or vinyl flooring.

Dry construction

Modern requirements and recently introduced technologies and building materials have forced the use of lightweight partition walls, pre-wall cladding, suspended ceilings, hidden lighting details and niches by means of structural profiles and plasterboard. We can also offer a double floor, internally, mainly in offices with pressed chipboard and externally, mainly on terraces and flat roofs with facings (plates) on spacers.

Linings

In every object there is a need to use tiles of the granite or faience type, mainly in bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, entrance halls and corridors. We can offer installation according to all the latest technologies and building materials of the highest class, including gluing large-format tiles using spacers, double-gluing with adhesive class C2 TE S1, as well as decorative small-format facings. Also gluing natural stone, window details and a number of others.

Machine plastering, sanding and painting

We clearly realize that well-finished walls and ceilings with a flat and smooth surface give the final look of the renovation. We use the latest technology and the best construction materials for finishing, using machines for laying, sanding and painting. For a smaller volume, we have a qualified team of painters, also working with hand plastering and painting.

Decorative plasters, paints and wallpapers

We have experienced and trained staff to apply a range of decorative paints and plasters using various techniques and many proven decoration manufacturers.

Waterproofing

We offer the latest and proven technologies for waterproofing flat roofs and terraces with TPO and PVC membranes from proven Western manufacturers with a 10-year full warranty. In bathrooms and wet rooms, we apply coated crystallizing waterproofing from reputable companies before laying tiles.

External thermal insulation systems

We carry out complete implementation of facades with integrated thermal insulation systems based on EPS, XPS (only in foundations) and stone wool. For the finishing coatings, we use silicone, silicate and other pasty plasters from reputable manufacturers with the corresponding guarantee of durability.

Waterworks

Our certified plumbers perform all types of plumbing, including polypropylene, polyethylene, stainless steel and copper pipes and press fittings. You can familiarize yourself with our certificates below. We specialize in the installation of built-in mixers, cisterns and linear siphons.

Electrical installations

We have specialists in the repair and construction of power installations, in compliance with global security and safety standards, including mandatory installation of DTZ. We can also offer construction of low-current installations for local computer networks, bell installations, access control, fire alarm and ALARM.

Heating installations

We carry out complete domestic heating installations, on gas, by means of a double-circuit gas boiler for heating water for heating and domestic needs. Heating can be via integrated underfloor heating or radiators. More efficient and with lower costs is the execution with floor heating, the same is low temperature and is actually more economical. A heating system can also be implemented with a double-circuit electric boiler or combined with a boiler and a coil boiler, but the system is more efficient in the presence of three-phase current.

Rough turnkey construction

According to your needs, we can also offer the implementation of rough construction with the corresponding technical control throughout the turnkey construction stage for smaller sites with a built-up area of up to 500-600 m².

Demolition, cleaning and removal of construction waste

For all our projects, we have the appropriate machinery and trained general workers for demolition, cleaning and removal of construction waste with our own transport or container to a landfill.
