CONSTRUCTION WORK includes complete demolition and removal of construction waste.
Completely new installations on PART STEAM, incl. new radiators. New plumbing, incl. installation of equipment, after cladding. Electrical installation with a new panel and installation of new "Legrand" switches and sockets, new low current installation for TV and Internet with FTP Cat 6a. Alarm wiring and installation of equipment.
Plasterboard construction on ceilings and structures in bathroom and toilet.
Gluing of linings in kitchen, corridors, bathroom and toilet.
New PVC joinery. New rendering plasters, coarse and fine putty, preparation and painting. The dismantled old parquet, after new screeds, was re-laid (glued), cycled and varnished. Only one room has a new one, taking into account the fee for rearrangement.
Decorative skirting boards and cornices are laid.
