Completed project of renovation of an open terrace west of the DermaVita Clinic, Sofia - removal of old and compromised screeds, waterproofing, screeds and thermal insulation.
All-new terrace drainage, incl. funnels with flange for TPO membrane, steam and thermal insulation, screeds for slopes with "SIKA" waterproofing additive - considering works in rainy season, waterproofing based on TPO membrane with geotextile backing, funnels and vents and delivery and installation of a double floor 60/60/2 cm on spacers - dry installation.
